I strive to provide handcrafted jewellery to the highest standard. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days to contact me in writing to cancel the order or exchange an item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the order.
If you have already received the package, please send it back to Lorna Henderson with proof of postage. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Postage costs are non-refundable unless the item proves to be faulty or I have made an error by sending you an incorrect item. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
